Elemental Design. Perfect by Nature.

The story begins with our formless spirit’s inception into a womb of the elements. As our spirits coalesce with these elements we are given form and we are born into a world comprised of the elements. If you do not eat from this earth you will leave, if you do not drink from this pool of water, if you do not breathe this air, if you do not charge with this fire from the sky, you will leave this existence. When our spirit leaves this realm, the elements that we are made of will return to this ma. Deep innerstanding and balanced relations with these spirit elements along with the practice of reversing the light are the primary focus for the path of the initiate while we are here. We are designed from the elements & perfect by nature.

The purpose of this story is to distill in its most simplistic form a deep inner knowing of our relationship with these spirit elements and the interplay of form and formless.

“We learn the form to enter the formless.”

My personal practice for cultivating these direct elemental relationships is by way of spiral mechanics qi gong, a perfectly designed system to stabalize and nest the mind-body-spirit. The practice brings about a direct embodied intimate coalescing with the initial elemental spirits, just like when your spirit was first incepted into the womb of creation.

“Know thy self before others.”

Spiral mechanics qi gong is a coiling system for cultivating life force energy, fundamentally based in silk reeling spiral power qi gong, a series of counter rotating spiral movement excercises designed to increase electromagnetism and energetic potential in the body. These exercises contain the foundational principles of spiral movement and give the initate the frame work for discovering how to wield the elements with awareness by way of mind directed intent.

“Root down to spiral up, spiral in to expand out.”

The form at its base level is comprised of proper stance training for deep roots and stability. Dynamic wholebody movement by way of counter rotating spirals within the body is expressed outwardly within a closed circuit for inward cultivation.

“Reel the silk, turn the waist for spiral powah.”

Eventually the form must dissolve into spontaneous natural movement for ecstatic fluid expression. This is what we call riding the dragon like the wind, dancing the changes like no one is watching. Spiral mechanics movement is the seed that contains the whole. It is the place where all the elemental spirits come to coalesce.

“When the inside is still the outside should be moving, when the inside is moving the outside should be still.”

Contained within spiral mechanics qi gong is the practice of reversing the light, the concept of looking inwardly before outwardly.

“A sphere of rolling mirrors surrounds us as we look outwardly, an endlessly rolling sphere whose forces are returning even as they take leave; whose appearances begin to fade even as they arrive.”

This is the ever changing beautiful world of illusion.

The practice of reversing the light cultivates the spirit pearl of changeless truth. The eyes truly are the windows to the soul. The question, is your spirit looking out and shining upon this world piercing the veil of illusion with the pure light of truth, or is your spirit being contaminated from eating the outward illusion?

“Rest the mind on the breath.”

This is where the practice of reversing the light comes into play. By cultivating inward looking we are able to see things for what they are, nothing more nothing less, just truth. The world of illusion is a beautiful realm, and easy to get lost in. Remember where you come from, what you are doing, and where you’re going.

“Do not break the string of pearls.”

As galactic gardeners we must first cultivate inwardly then outwardly. In summary, this is but one way to remembrance and knowing of your elemental design and perfection by nature. We all know how this story “ends”, our spirits leave this world of the elements and we come back around full circle to cultivate once again. Let’s make the most of it.

“One yin one yang equals tao, one inside one outside equals wholeness, the seed of one is contained within the other.”

We are beaconing this frequency to catalyse remembrance of our limitless potential, for personal, collective, and planetary change. We cannot do it alone. In lak’ech ala k’in, i am you, you are me, in to me see, we are family.

“The seed of joy is contained within the seed of discipline.”
